In the US, despite owning 40% of all businesses, females receive less than 3% of venture funding. The discrepancy is especially concerning given research that shows women return twice as much revenue per dollar invested than men.

Remote working, working-at-home, telecommuting, and any other similar variations of terms that describe working outside the walls of a traditional office, are getting increased popularity in recent years. Before Covid 19 working from home was a luxury that many of us dreamed of. Seeing pictures of remote workers in some distant places was something that we all wished for (at least I know I did). But let’s be real. Not all that glitters is gold. Working from home has some pitfalls as well.

Remote work has been one of the great success stories of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has made employees happier and more productive, and has provided major cost savings for some employers. Working remotely is now considered by many to be the future of work. Despite all the positives that workers have enjoyed while working from home, some people are still anxious to get back to the office. Some employers want their teams back where they can see them as soon as possible.

Creating the perfect notification strategy is like walking a tightrope of constantly changing do’s and don’ts. Send too few, and you may fail to engage your user base. Send too many, and you may quickly annoy them. Utilize multiple channels for a more holistic strategy and risk overwhelming your user. Focus on a single channel, and they might not notice your messages timeously. Send your notification in the morning, and it could get lost amongst all the others.
