March has been an exceptionally busy month for us here at Teamwork. We’ve been working on some really exciting projects, pun intended, over the last while and we’re delighted to finally bring them to you. After months of development, we’re ecstatic to introduce our new native iOS and Android apps! The new apps allow users to complete their work, no matter where they are, at any time of the day.

Introducing Planned vs Actual Tasks Report

Last month we shared Teamwork’s first Planned vs. Actual Report in the form of a Milestones report. In that, we mentioned our continued focus on enhancing the reporting functionality throughout Teamwork. Now, we’re delighted to release the next report in this series — the Planned vs. Actual Tasks Report. The Planned vs. Actual Tasks Report keeps track of how your tasks progress against the due date that was applied when they were originally planned.

Introducing Teamwork CRM's Email Sync Solution

Teamwork CRM customers can rejoice in the addition of our new email solution for all GSuite Outlook users. Since we launched Teamwork CRM, we’ve worked hard to bring additional value to all of our customers. At Teamwork, we always listen to our customers for feedback as they use our products each day. A request that we’ve frequently heard for Teamwork CRM is the need for an email solution. Our customers explained how most of their sales conversations took place over email.

Mattermost Incident Collaboration now includes improved communication, automation, and history for incident response teams

Teams are always looking for a speed advantage, and that comes from planning, crisp execution, and teamwork. To this end, we’re excited to release new enhancements to Incident Collaboration to help make life easier for DevOps teams during incident response. The Mattermost platform includes built-in Incident Playbooks with predefined response plans and task lists. Playbooks can be customized to your environment and specific use cases.

Introducing custom user statuses

Users now gain the flexibility to express their current status in any way they prefer. Set a custom status to add a descriptive status message and emoji that’s visible to everyone throughout the app. Custom user statuses are available in Mattermost Cloud today and in Mattermost Self-Managed v5.33 (available March 16), with mobile support coming soon.
