From the Employee Page, the Network Monitoring tab shows user activities across networks, including app usage, geographical location, IP address, https connection, and more.
From the Employee Page, the File Transfers tab is where you'll see a historical record of the user's file transfers and any actions related to the file. This allows you to view the exact files that were uploaded, sent, deleted and more, as well as where the file originated from.
From the Employee Page, the Online Meetings tab allows you to view a historical record of the user's meetings, including the time and date of the meeting, meeting duration, device, used, participants, and more.
From the Employee Page, the Snapshots tab allows you to view a historical log of snapshots, each representing 10 minutes of the user's session activity on any given device.
The Time Worked tab on the Employee Page allows you to view data related to time spent on each task, average activity percentage, idle time, the date they first started the task, and more.
The Alerts Tab on the Employee Page allows you to easily view policy and rule violation data with severity levels, and investigate incidents accordingly with session recordings. You can screenshot incidents and customize reports to quickly share the most relevant data.
With the Session Player you can see user actions live as they’re happening, or playback after they’ve occurred with video-quality session recordings that can be used to review a security or compliance event, or used to analyze productivity behaviors.
The Employees Page is where you add new employees to the Teramind platform, update employee details, assign access levels, and edit their monitoring profile. Once employees are added to the system, you can make bulk edits across multiple employees at once, add them to departments for organization, and create custom reports to view the data you need most.
