With this new integration, you’ll be able to easily push messages from your Teams environment into the appropriate Feedback Portal in Craft.io, or into multiple Craft.io Feedback Portals simultaneously.

And if your organization uses Slack instead of Teams for messaging, you’re still in luck. You’ll find a similar integration connecting Slack with your Craft.io Feedback Portal.
